We are glad to present our new product - NetUP Linux Live CD. Our specialists have created a unique product: a bootable CD
packed with features to help you to build a production ready Internet server with minimal effort.
No previous experience with UNIX-like operating systems is required, all configuration tasks including hardware, system,
network, and multimedia settings are performed on-the-fly thanks to the underlying Knoppix Linux distribution.
Included with this CD is a massive collection of software enabling easy deployment of various network services,
including E-mail, Web, FTP, Samba, Database servers and many more.
We have also included a working demo of our flagship product - NetUP UTM 5.0, all-in-one billing, mediation and
customer management solution for Internet Service Providers. It consists of:
- Basic Module providing real-time traffic processing, database backup, etc.
- VPN/Dial-Up Module providing RADIUS authentication and VPN/Dial-Up Internet access. It is possible to use the billing server
as NAS for VPN connection. Any system with VPN support (Windows, Linux/FreeBSD, etc.) can be a client device.
To test this module please use username testvpn and password 123.
- VoIP Module providing RADIUS authentication and voice traffic processing over IP networks.
The gatekeeper used is gnugk (www.gnugk.org). Any solution with H.323 protocol support can be the client terminal,
e.g. Cisco ATA-186, Gnomemeeting, OpenPhone, etc. It is necessary to point the H.323-gatekeeper's IP-address (the address of the server booted
from NetUP Linux Live CD) in the client's settings. To test this module please use username tel and password tel.
UTM 5.0, VPN Server & H.323 Gatekeeper come preconfigured and ready for immediate use.
This Live CD may also be used to install Linux on your hard disk and as a rescue disk for disaster recovery or for educational purposes.
