NetUP Inc was founded in 2001 by Moscow State University graduates. The business was focused on serving needs of fast-growing telecom market in Russia. Our ISP billing software has been developed in compliance with desires of a large number of ISP companies during formation of the present-day telecom market. As a result of laborious work we offer a wide range of ISP billing software & solutions, reliable and compatible with almost any up-to-date networking equipment.

With 1500+ installations throughout the country and abroad, NetUP is a household name in Russian telecom industry. ISP billing software "UTM 5", our flagship product, is one of a few billing systems certified by the Russian Ministry of Telecommunications to handle up to 100,000 subscribers.

We have contributed to the Open Source Software development effort and Linux OS popularization with release of several free & opensource applications.

To date the company represents a team of highly qualified young professionals with excellent knowledge of network technologies, networking equipment, operating systems, databases and other technologies for creation and development of reliable solutions for rendering of Internet access & other services.
